Warranty Returns

When you purchase Ford or Lincoln parts from us, they do come with Ford’s OEM warranty which in most cases is 2 years unlimited kilometers.

- All Ford products bought from us can be warrantied through The Truck Lot or your local Ford or Lincoln dealer. Contact us if attempting warranty from your local dealer for the proper paperwork required.

- Every part has different requirements on how to claim your warranty part replacement. If that time ever comes, Ford Canada does have a set of rules to follow for the procedure, which may include:

• Requiring the defective part to be returned for inspection prior to approval of a replacement, or requiring the purchase of a replacement part with a credit issued once the original part is returned.
• Requesting that the defective part be retained for a specified period of time before disposal, pending manufacturer review or approval.

Core Returns

Similar to how Ford Canada handles warranty, core returns can also be done through The Truck Lot or your local Ford dealer. Please be aware that each dealer will process core returns at their discretion based on their level of customer service.

Ford Canada has a particular set of stipulations when it comes to core returns, please follow them the best that you can.

• The old part must be returned in the same OEM box you received the new part in.
• Packaging must be in original condition, with no added markings (writing, labels, stickers, tape, etc.) and not damaged.
• Part labels cannot be covered or written on in any way.

Cost of return shipping is deducted from the total core refund.
